Printing a Label

You are able to print a label to the corresponding label size.

Print Options

While previewing the label or labels onscreen, two print options are available in the label report toolbar: print and quick print.

Label Toolbar

Print All Labels iconPrint the Label Report: Select this option to print all of the labels that are previewed onscreen. Select a printer from the list of available printers to send the label or labels to. Note that when printing to a label printer, the label or labels will be printed to the corresponding label size.

Print Current Label iconPrint the Current Page: Select this option to automatically print the label that is currently being displayed onscreen. Select a printer from your list of available printers to send the label to. Note that when printing to a label printer, the label or labels will be printed to the corresponding label size.

How to Print a Label

Note: When printing to a label printer, the label or labels will be printed to the corresponding label size.

To print a label:

  1. Load the label or labels onscreen.
    1. Open the View Labels page (Reports > View/Print Labels) and load the label or labels onscreen.
  2. From the Label Report Toolbar, select the Print option that you want to use:

  1. Print All Labels iconPrint the Label Report: automatically print all of the labels loaded in the onscreen preview.
  2. Print Current Label iconPrint the Current Page: automatically print ONLY the label currently displayed onscreen.
